Sydney is also a title agent with Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC, and has experience with residential real estate matters.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, with Honors from the University of Florida, Sydney completed her Juris Doctorate at Stetson University College of Law. Sydney serves as an officer and board member of the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council. She also serves on the Professional Advisory Council of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and the George Snow Scholarship Fund Professional Advisory Council. She is an active member of the South County Bar Association and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Sydney has made numerous presentations to professional associations on various subjects related to Florida homestead, asset protection, closely held business planning, and the utilization of life insurance in estate planning. She has also been published in Wealth Counsel, a peer-reviewed journal, and has published continuing legal education materials for presentations before the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Probate Team, the Florida Bar CLE Committee, the Lee County Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the New Jersey Bar Association. Sydney has been rated by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate.
Sydney, a native Floridian, currently resides in sunny Boca Raton.
